Projects

We have been primarily focused on the redevelopment of Salisbury Beach and the greater Salisbury, Massachusetts’s community in partnership with the highly-regarded Thompson Design Group (TDG), urban planners and developers of such projects as Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Chicago’s Navy Pier, Union Station, Washington D.C. and Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.

The project is an assembly of land in the commercial zone of Salisbury Beach consisting of approximately 70+ individual properties and about 50+ acres for redevelopment as a high quality, mixed use, year-round and destination community 45+/- minutes north of Boston, MA.  

Salisbury Beach is anchored by approximately 4+ miles of beach connecting into Seabrook, NH to the North; the Merrimack River and a Massachusetts State Park to the South and to hundreds of acres of saltwater marshlands to the West. 

Salisbury is home to an ecologically breathtaking environment with spectacular panoramic views everyday and in all seasons.  We invite you to view a few photographs that capture a glimpse of the beach, ocean, marshlands, river, islands and wild animals in their natural habitat – Salisbury Beach.
